Weā€™re a small business consulting and marketing company working with end user companies on projects.
Ā 
We have need for automating and connecting systems within our internal operations.
Ā 
Must have hands-on 2-3 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud admin work experience, including intermediate level Flows.
Ā 
This person will help manage our Salesforce CRM (and HubSpot?) configuration and Flows, plus other integrated systems as needed (i.e. Zapier, Make).
Ā 
This opportunity is for remote 1099 Independent Contractors or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) if you have your own company (***we will only consider recruiters or C2C vendors if you or your candidate submit through our website application, submitting under your company name and the hourly rate***).
Ā 
Hours per week will vary depending on many factors, but typically you can expect to see around 2-12 hours per week (ongoing relationship), possibly more depending on the fit.
Ā 
Must be good communicator (good spelling/grammar), intelligent, quick learner, and responsive to task requests (within 24hrs to respond, typically 24-48hrs to complete). Client facing skills not required. Mountain Time zone not required but helpful.

Must be willing to work within our tech stack and toolset.

Preferred Proficiencies

must know:

  • Salesforce Administration including Flows (intermediate), and adding custom fields
  • Zapier (advanced) orĀ Make (Integromat) (advanced)
  • decent English writing (good spelling/grammar)
  • can follow instructions
  • detail oriented
  • good follow through

ideal if know:

  • Clickup
  • HubSpot
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Slack

bonus if know:

  • Airtable
  • Any other online integration automation tools (i.e. Integromat, others)
Rate commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunity as well.
