Every Managed Service plan has essentially the same features except for the allocated hours!

Work items shown are typical representatives only. Due to more time allocated, Enterprise plans have more focus time from a Senior Consultant and allow time to dive into deeper optimization.

Our Pardot Managed Services pricing is based on the number of hours per month selected and the duration of your up-front commitment.

Plans with fewer hours per month are typically suitable for small to mid-level organizations needing to set up and optimize Pardot to make their marketing efforts more effective. Plans with more hours per month are typically suitable for enterprise organizations needing end-to-end customer journey management and revenue attribution with Pardot and Salesforce.

Commit to more months up-front for Duration Discount

Bulk discount rates are available for each plan when you purchase a qualifying number of months up-front. Minimum order commitment is an initial 3 months. Plans go month-to-month after initial commitment until canceled.

Duration Discount based on initial number of months committed:
  • Commit to 6 months and get 5% off
  • Commit to 9 months and get 10% off
  • Commit to 12 months or above and get 15% off
How Managed Services Works

Managed Services from Optimal Business Consulting are designed for organizations interested in maintaining an ongoing competitive advantage through month-to-month access to award-winning expertise, strategy and best practice guidance, plus hands-on administration and optimization, support and training.

We get together via web conference at the start of each month to work out priorities and milestones. Throughout the month, our experts execute on agreed upon tasks. We also review task status and agree priorities for the upcoming month as a ‘monthly sprint’. This provides a sort of Agile project management method of addressing current priorities.

There are no annual contracts required. Start with an initial three-month Pardot Managed Services commitment then continue Managed Services month-to-month for as long as you continue to realize value. Cancel at any time after the initial three-month period.

Providing OUTCOMES and VALUE
Managed Services is sold on a ’value’ basis, meaning we don’t commit a specific number of hours to work, but we provide value and achieve goals each month to make sure you are getting your money’s worth. We’re so confident that you’ll love the value you’ll receive that we don’t require annual contracts.
 
We will however target the allocated hours per month effort depending on your service plan, the complexity, effort required, and the skill level or certifications required to perform the tasks during any given monthly ’sprint’.

Add Platforms
Our Managed Services help you to keep getting the most out of your tech stack—Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress and more. Pardot Managed Services is our core offering, but we can also extend that to provide Salesforce Managed Services, and even WordPress Managed Services.

If you wish to add Salesforce Managed Services to your plan, we’ll ascertain how much effort should go towards Pardot and how much effort towards Salesforce. You determine the allocation; we agree together on the tasks.

What is Managed Services?
Managed Services is the practice of outsourcing business administration, operations and management to a third party, often whose sole or primary focus is the services being outsourced. While the term managed services most commonly refers specifically to managed IT services, our Pardot and Salesforce Managed Services go beyond the standard IT aspect to include other areas, such as marketing and product training. All of our consultants are Pardot certified, with several years of Pardot experience. We can help you with campaign set up or management, or troubleshoot ones that aren’t performing as you’d like. We’ll work alongside your team, however big or small, to enable you to get the most out of your technology stack, whether it’s Pardot, Salesforce or both.
Why do I need Managed Services?
Relying on in-house staff to quickly learn and/or maintain technology systems can be a costly and time-consuming. Marketing’s workload is frequently heavy and often deadline driven, leaving them with little bandwidth to go beyond gleaning the basics of complex marketing automation systems such as Pardot.
