Providing OUTCOMES and VALUE
Managed Services is sold on a ’value’ basis, meaning we don’t commit a specific number of hours to work, but we provide value and achieve goals each month to make sure you are getting your money’s worth. We’re so confident that you’ll love the value you’ll receive that we don’t require annual contracts.
 
We will however target the allocated hours per month effort depending on your service plan, the complexity, effort required, and the skill level or certifications required to perform the tasks during any given monthly ’sprint’.

If Managed Services aren’t the right fit for you right now, we also offer numerous one-time à la carte options.

How Managed Services Works

At the beginning of every month we get together via web conference to work out priorities and milestones. Then throughout each month Optimal Business Consulting experts get things done by executing on agreed upon tasks! There are no annual contracts…start with an initial 3 month Pardot Managed Services commitment, then continue Managed Services month-to-month for as long as you continue to realize value. Cancel at any time after the initial 3 month period.

Each month during our Managed Services we’ll review together the status of tasks, and agree on priorities for the following month as a ‘monthly sprint’. This provides a very ‘agile‘ method of addressing current priorities.

Then during the month we will execute on the agreed upon projects and tasks to address those priorities. Only agreed upon work will be executed. We repeat this process each month to identify and accomplish your goals for the month.

Pardot Managed Services is our core offering.

If Salesforce Managed Services is part of your plan (separate option) we agree together how much effort should go towards Pardot and how much effort towards Salesforce, with the split being up to you, determined by the agreed tasks.

PARDOT MANAGED SERVICES

All of our Managed Service plans include both Strategic & Tactical elements for continual optimization and management of the Pardot platform. No annual contracts…start with an initial 3 month Managed Services commitment, then continue Managed Services month-to-month for as long as you continue to realize value.

We have Managed Service plans ranging from 5 to 150 hours per month. Contact us for more info.

Pardot & Salesforce Managed Services

All of our Managed Service plans include both Strategic & Tactical elements for continual optimization and management of the Pardot and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. No annual contracts…start with an initial 3 month Managed Services commitment, then continue Managed Services month-to-month for as long as you continue to realize value.
