How SALESFORCE Managed Services Works

At the beginning of every month we get together via web conference to work out priorities and milestones. Then throughout each month Optimal Business Consulting experts get things done by executing on agreed upon tasks! There are no annual contracts…start with an initial 3 month Managed Services commitment, then continue Managed Services month-to-month for as long as you continue to realize value. Cancel at any time after the initial 3 month period.

This service is sold on a 'value' basis, meaning we don't commit a specific number of hours to work, but we provide value and achieve goals each month to make sure you are getting your money's worth. We will however target 10-20 hours per month depending on the complexity, effort required, and the skill level or certifications required to perform the tasks during any given monthly 'sprint'.

Managed Services is a monthly subscription charged or invoiced at the beginning of each month, with an initial 3 month commitment.
